We do not offer returns due to the nature of the item however, we do offer the right of refund if the product arrives damaged due to poor packing from us or if the product is defected.

Note - Crystallisation is not a product defect and we do not accept liability if the courier mishandles the product.

We reserve the right to ask for photographic evidence of any defects or unsatisfactory packing.
